Trust, pride and enjoyment

In the final stages of teacher recruitment for next year and the 2012 Great Places to Work Guide is on my kitchen table. The qualities necessary: employees trust their management, take pride in what they do and enjoy working with colleagues. Schools need that of their employees, teachers especially, but you can also substitute employees for students – and run that test. All food for thought on the self-assessment front.

Bedales School is one of the UK’s top independent private co-education boarding schools.
