Our revised, more transparent system for choosing the new head boy and girl team reaches its conclusion: the new quartet, chosen on the basis that they can be ambassadors, advocates, do-ers and conduits between staff and students and that they exemplify the Bedales ideal – committed to Head, Hand and Heart – are selected, congratulated by the outgoing team and do their first “shush” at Wednesday Jaw: so many thanks and well done to the outgoing team of Oscar, Cecily, Dougal and Katie; and congratulations and the best of luck to Rufus R, Celeste M, Freya D and Vincent H, who receive a warm acclaim as they do their first duty as the new team.
